We just finished reading a newer Chuck Klosterman Book, IV: A Decade of Curious People and Dangerous Ideas. We read Drug, Sex, and Cocoa Puffs: A Low Culture Manifesto and loved it, which inspired us to pick up IV. Basically, the book is a collection of essays, some written from his interviews with people, others based solely on his theories and such.Chuck is hilarious. He writes like stand-up comedian with an unbelievable knowledge of all things cultural (rock music, sports, movies, reality tv, rock music, etc...).
Quick vote: This book was hilarious, thought-provoking, and an enjoyable read on a long plane ride. We highly recommend it!
